Introduction

Epoxy-Polyester Hybrid Powder Coating: This type of powder coating offers balanced and superior physical and chemical properties. Epoxy-polyester powder coatings meet the growing demands of the home appliance, automotive, and industrial markets. They fulfill requirements for decorative coatings, low-temperature curing, easy spraying operations, and physical performance of the coating. Application Method: Electrostatic spraying (50-80 Kv)
Recommended Curing Conditions: 180°C/20 minutes (substrate temperature)
VOC: Virtually zero
Bulk Density: 1.45 ± 0.05 g/cc
Theoretical Coverage: 3-5 m²/kg (film thickness 50 µm)
Storage Life: 12 months at 27°C and humidity < 60% (based on the production date)
