Uhmw Rack
uhmwpe rackGear rack is a rotating machine part with cut teeth, or cogs, which mesh with another toothed part in order to transmit torque. It includes spur gear, helical gear, skew gear, bevel gear, spiral bevel gear and so on. It is widely used for all kinds of machinery equipment.Features· Exceptional abrasion & impact resistance.· High Sliding & non-stick characteristic· High chemical & weathering resistance· Non water absorption· Lowest coefficient of friction· Excellent electrical properties· Light weightApplicationThe gear rack is a long, straight bar with teeth along its entire length. The teeth have the same pitch as the pinion gear which engages with it.A gear rack and pinion is a type of linear actuator that comprise a pair of gears which convert rotational motion into linear motion.used in many fields such as automatic doors, window openers, engraving machines, lifters, escalators, automated warehousing, food machinery, power tools, machine tools, precision transmission, etc.automatic doors window openersengraving machinesliftersescalatorsautomated warehousingconstruction hoistconstruction elevfood machinerypower toolsmachine toolsprecision transmission etc.
