Self-lubrication Board
1.UHMW,UHMW’s molecular weight ranges from 3.1 million to 9.2 million for your choice2.Standard size:1x3m, 2x3m, 1.5x1.5mThickness: 3mm to 500mmWe can manufacture according to your requirements too.3.Features of our self-lubricating sheetGood self-lubrication, the same as PTFE, better than steel and brass appended lubricating oil.UHMW polyethylene is an excellent option for high wear parts in facilities where conveyor line noise is an issue. Packaging lines utilizing UHMW-PE components run quieter, and in some cases may allow for faster conveyor speed thanks to the material’s low coefficient of friction. This low coefficient of friction also allows UHMW to release food particles and other substances, preventing buildups and bottlenecking along conveyor lines.UHMW offers an extremely low coefficient of friction due to a specialized built-in lubricant that replaces unwanted grease and oil. It also enhances efficiency and productivity in many applications. UHMW’s self-lubricating formula helps to extend part life because the internal lubricant ensures that parts will not break or need replacement.
