Eplus3D Additive Manufacturing With Copper

Copper is an ideal material for many industries, including electronics and tooling.

Eplus3D's 3d metal printing copperalloy powder include CuCrZr and CuSn. These powders have been tested for use on Eplus3D's metal 3D printers. Eplus3D also offers a wide range of validated processes for each of the above materials to ensure that the performance of the copper 3d printing serviceis fully met.

Parts printed using Eplus3d metal printing copperAlloy CuSn have a favorable combination of electrical and thermal conductivity combined with good mechanical properties.

Yield strength: XY:400±40MPa; Z:340±30MPa

Elongation @ Break 17±4%

Hardness: 74±4HRC
