Depropanizer inhibitor STD-2
Depropanizer inhibitor STD-2 has a multifunctional effect. It can not only prevent the generation of scale, but also remove the scale that has been generated online. Its mechanism of action is:
1. Antioxidant effect: eliminate trace oxygen in the system, prevent unsaturated compounds from being oxidized, or promote the decomposition of peroxides, making it difficult to induce free radicals;
2. Chain termination effect: can quickly capture free radicals in the system, making them lose their chain growth effect:
3. Metal ion passivation effect: complex with metal ions in the material or form a protective film on the surface of the equipment, making it lose its catalytic effect;
4. Dispersion effect: disperse the scale that has been generated in the material and take it out of the boundary with the material.
Properties
This additive has the advantages of red liquid appearance, good polymerization inhibition, strong water resistance, high thermal stability, etc. It can be dissolved in aromatic and aliphatic groups, does not contain halogens and heavy metals, and is irritating to the human body.
Use
This additive is mainly used for the polymerization and anti-fouling of the deethanizer, depropanizer and debutanizer of the ethylene unit, improves the mass transfer and heat transfer efficiency, and extends the equipment operation cycle.
Addition plan
1. The addition site is selected before the material enters the separation tower and on the side of the reboiler material;
2. Based on the flow rate of the material entering the tower, the total addition concentration is generally 20~100mg/kg.
Packaging
The packaging adopts plastic-lined iron barrels, with a net weight of 160±0.5 kg per barrel.

Store in a dark and dry place, away from heat and fire sources.
