Deheptanizing octanizer inhibitor STD-22
Deheptanizing octanizer inhibitor STD-22 not only has antioxidant and polymerization inhibition effects, but also has a cleaning and dispersing effect. This additive can effectively inhibit the polymerization of unsaturated compounds such as styrene. This additive has strong thermal stability and good water resistance. It dissolves in aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons, does not contain halogens and heavy metal elements, and will not have side effects on subsequent processes.
Properties
This additive has the appearance of a colorless or light yellow oily liquid, stable performance, alkaline, and irritating to the human body.
Uses
This additive is mainly used for the inhibition and anti-fouling of the deheptanizer and deoctanizer in the ethylene unit.
Precautions
1. For the deheptanizer, the normal addition concentration is 50~80pg/g (based on the original additive solution) of the pyrolysis gasoline treatment amount; for the deoctanizer, the normal addition concentration is 80~100pg/g (based on the original additive solution) of the pyrolysis gasoline treatment amount. Observe the effect, decide to increase or decrease, and then determine the optimal amount of addition;
2. For the deheptanizer, the additive addition point is selected on the deheptanizer feed pipeline and/or reflux pipeline; for the deoctanizer, the additive addition point is selected on the feed pipeline and/or the overhead distillate pipeline;

4. The evaluation of the application effect of the additive is mainly based on the changes in the tower pressure difference before and after the use of the additive, the reboiler switching cycle, the hydrogenation reactor pressure difference, etc.
Packaging
This additive is packaged in a plastic-lined iron barrel or plastic barrel with a net weight of 160kg.
Safety protection
Store in a cool and low-temperature place to avoid contact with fire or heat sources. In case of fire, dry powder or carbon dioxide fire extinguisher can be used to extinguish the fire.
