CFS-669, Diphenyldimethoxysilane or Dimethoxydiphenylsilane is a difunctional monomeric silane. Higher purity CFS-669 without PCBs is available at Co-Formula. CFS-669 is normally abbreviated as DDS, DPDMS or DMDPS.

Diphenyldimethoxysilane Application

CFS-669 can be used as a catalyst for preparing propylene copolymer and stretched polypropylene film. It can adjust isotactic degree in polypropylene polymerization.CFS-669 can be used as a basic intermediate for the synthesis of phenyl silicone resins and phenyl silicone fluids.CFS-669 can be used as an adhesion promoter and a surface modifier in various paints and coatings, adhesives and sealants industries.CFS-669 can be used as an essential intermediate for the synthesis of methyl phenyl silicone oils, phenyl resins and several organosilicon derivatives with special structures and excellent mechanical and chemical properties.CFS-669 can be used as a silane coupling agent, a silane crosslinking agent or a configuration agent for the processing of high temperature vulcanized methyl phenyl silicone rubbers.CFS-669 can be used for the preparation of electronic packaging materials and aerospace materials.

CFS-669 should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place, and avoid exposure to humidity.CFS-669 should be stored in its original containers and used up as soon as possible after opening.When stored in a strictly sealed and unopened container, CFS-669 has a shelf life of 12months.
