PVC PIPE WRAP TAPE

Egret so-called pvc pipe wrap tapeis used a lot for wrapping air ducts, so it is also called PVC pipe wrap tape. Important to realize, the main difference with non adhesive pvc tape is about the glue. The base material is pure PVC resin, and coated with aggressive synthetic rubber adhesive. Moreover, the total thickness of pvc pipe wrap tape can be from 100 microns to 200 microns. In particular, the material has very good elongation rate, high tensile strength. Plus, it is easy to tear by hand, and excellent adhesion properties. Furthermore, it has outstanding softness and conformity, elasticity features. As a result, pvc pipe wrap tape is very suitable for wrapping the air ducts and rigid, flexible pipe, to fix them or seal them.

Process of PVC Pipe Wrap Tape Production

First, we formulate the pvc pipe wrap tape base material with DOP plasticizer, as well as some percentage of stabilizer. Normally, common production line with rolling machine, printing machine, back coater and cutting machine.

Second, the pvc material mainly through the mixing of moving roller, roller rotation and hot rolling to produce 0.07 mm to 0.15 mm thickness of thin film.

Third, in the meantime, we use the printer to paint different colors on the membrane. And coated with strong rubber adhesive.

Finally, we use our lathe slitting machines to cut the jumbo rolls to different standard or nonstandard width and length of small rolls. Important to realize, the jumbo size is 1020mmx1000m.
