REFRIGERATOR FELT PADS

Industrial felt is made of wool which is machined and bonded (non-weft and warp interwoven). The main features are as follows: Elastic, can be used as shockproof, sealing, gasket and elastic wire needle cloth bottom felt material. Good bonding performance, not easy to loose, can be cut into various shapes of parts. Good thermal insulation performance can be used as heat insulation material. Process of Refrigerator Felt Pads Production

Felt is made mainly of polyester, sometimes with wool or other synthetic fibers.

The machine will begin processing the fibers, which have hundreds of spikes protruding from them. Workers load large bundles of fibers onto conveyor belts and send them to be spiked beds to disperse the short, elastic fibers, a process that causes them to fluff up and remix.

Now that the fibers are fluffy, you can easily remove any metal that might have been hidden in the fibers.

Workers then use a 25-ton press bed to pattern the shoe lining out of the felt, usually pressing the mold down to cut out various sizes of insoles and boot linings.
