Properties And Advantages
1 Excellent antistatic performance, excellent moisture absorption and conductivity and anti fouling.
2 Can improve the fabric pilling resistance level above 0.5.
3 Can be used together with fixing agent and most silicone oil, does not affect the fabric handle feeling.
4 Use with water proofing agent in the same bath, do not affect the waterproof performance.
Application Range
1.Applicable to all kinds of fabric antistatic treatment, and can improve the anti pilling performance of fabric.
2. Suitable for synthetic fiber spinning and weaving of antistatic treatment.
Usage
Dosage: 10-30g/l (anti pilling treatment can be amount to 30g/l)
single dip - single nip, according to the conventional process of drying or stereotypes.
Fabric after washing, it need antistatic agent retreatment.
The specific process, please adjust according to the samples.
Packaging and storage
50 kg or 120 kg plastic drum, sealed storage, room temperature storage period is 12 months.
