SiSiB Silicone Surfactantfor PU foams are grafted copolymers which consist of a polydimethylsiloxane backbone and polyethylene oxide-co-propylene oxide pendant groups. It is used as surfactants to stabilize the foam cells in the flexible polyurethane foaming process. It increases the compatibility of raw materials, decrease surface tension in polyurethane foam systems, improve emulsification and nucleation, prevent coalescence and stabilize cell membranes.

ADDSiL™ 11030
ADDSiL™ 11030 surfactant is a non-hydrolysable silicone glycol copolymer for manufacturing of rigid polyurethane foams. It is designed for Pentane and HCFC-141b blown polyurethane foams, it provides good nucleation and excellent flow ability.
ADDSiL™ 11050
ADDSiL™ 11050 surfactant is a non-hydrolysable silicone glycol copolymer for manufacturing of rigid polyurethane foams. It is a general-purpose foam stabilizer used for the production of polyurethane rigid foam plastic, and it is used in both hydrocarbons (cyclopentane), HCFC 141b and high water content foaming system.
ADDSiL™ 11060
ADDSiL™ 11060 silicone surfactant is a non-hydrolysable polyether polydimethylsiloxane copolymer. It is mainly used for manufacturing polyester polyurethane and polyether polyurethane rigid foam plastic, and is a foam stabilizer for PIR foaming process.
ADDSiL™ 11080
ADDSiL™ 11080 silicone surfactant is a non-hydrolytic polyether polydimethylsiloxane copolymer. It is an excellent candidate to consider for both continuous and discontinuous applications. It is designed for HFC-365/227 and the mixture blown polyurethane foams; it provides low thermal conductivities.
ADDSiL™ 11090
ADDSiL™ 11090 silicone surfactant is a non-hydrolytic polyether polydimethylsiloxane copolymer. It is designed for HFC-245fa and the mixture blown polyurethane foams; it provides low thermal conductivities.
ADDSiL™ 11200
ADDSiL™ 11200 silicone surfactant is a non-hydrolytic polyether polydimethylsiloxane copolymer. It is designed for iso-cyclopentane blown polyurethane foams; it provides good nucleation and excellent flow ability.

ADDSiL™ 11210 silicone surfactant is a non-hydrolytic polyether polydimethylsiloxane copolymer with high activity. It is designed for HCFC-141b blown polyurethane foams, it provides ideal balance of processing and performance properties.

ADDSiL™ 11220 silicone surfactant is a non-hydrolytic polyether polydimethylsiloxane copolymer with high activity. It is designed for HCFC-141b and cyclopentane blown polyurethane foams; it provides strong nucleation and low thermal conductivity.

ADDSiL™ 11280 silicone surfactant is a non-hydrolytic polyether polydimethylsiloxane copolymer with high activity. It is designed for water and pentane blown polyurethane foams; it provides excellent emulsion stability and voids reduction.
ADDSiL™ 11300
ADDSiL™ 11300 silicone surfactant is a non-hydrolytic polyether polydimethylsiloxane copolymer. It is designed for pentane blown polyurethane foams. ADDSiL™ 11300 provides low thermal conductivities and it is an excellent candidate for insulating appliance and PIR/PUR formulations.

ADDSiL™ 11320 surfactant is a non-hydrolysable silicone glycol copolymer for manufacturing of rigid polyurethane foams. It is designed for HCFC-141b and Pentane blown polyurethane foams.
ADDSiL™ 11600
ADDSiL™ 11600 surfactant is a non-hydrolysable polyether polydimethylsiloxane copolymer. It is designed for polyurethane foaming system with HFCs/HFOs blowing agent. It is also suitable for some mixture blowing agents like LBA/CP.
ADDSiL™ 11630
ADDSiL™ 11630 surfactant is a non-hydrolysable polyether polydimethylsiloxane copolymer. It is designed for rigid polyurethane foaming system with blowing agents like 245 /Cyclopentane /LBA/Ecomate, as well as some mixture blown agents like LBA/CP.
ADDSiL™ 11720
ADDSiL™ 11720 surfactant is a non-hydrolytic, isocyanate-compatible foam stabilizer with high activity. It is a copolymer of polysiloxane and polyether which mainly used for the production of polyurethane rigid foam plastic.
ADDSiL™ 11800
ADDSiL™ 11800 silicone surfactant is an organosilicone copolymer designed for use in the manufacture of rigid polyurethane foams. It can provide very efficient emulsification in insulation foams, such as in refrigerators and cold storage applications.
