Description:Edible Modified or Improved Soya lecithin has a good properties based on a chemical reaction that it can change its molecular structure.
Application:Being its good hydrophilic ,the soya lecithinis widely used in the field of beverage ,baking, puffed food as well as quik-frozen food served as emulsifier,
remover/ Lecithin Mold Release, reducing viscosity agent, setting agent application.
WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE OF MODIFIED LECITHIN?
This product is liquid lecithin modified from concentrated lecithin through acetylation andhydroxylation.
Compared with concentrated lecithin, this product is improved inhydrophilicity and lipophilicity, with light color and good fluidity.
Applications:For foods: It serves as the emulsifier of leather greasing agent and can enhancethe degree of cross-linking of bond, with stronger bipolarity than concentratedlecithin.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OIL-SOLUBLE AND WATER-SOLUBLE LECITHIN?The difference between oil-soluble and water-soluble lecithin only worked for different type fat liquor:1.oil-soluble soya lecithin liquid, it's can only can used for oily form.2.modified/water-soluble lecithin liquid,it can both used for oily and pasty form.So,water-soluble is more multifunction compared with oil-soluble,even the pricehigher,you may think about it.
Packing:20 kgs/plastic drum, 200 kgs/iron drum or according to customer special need.
Storage:
1) Be set to cool.dry and ventilated place .away from Fire source.
2) Sealed,avoid light,Prevent from rain and strong acis or alkali.
3) Lightly transport and protect from package damage.
