Aluminum Extrusion Powder Coatingis a thermosetting polyester powder coating system mainly composed of saturated polyester resin and a TGIC curing agent. You can use this coating specifically for aluminum extrusion profiles where consistent appearance, mechanical strength, and outdoor durability are required. (1) ISO 2409 – Paints and varnishes: Cross-cut adhesion test
(2) ISO 1519 – Paints and varnishes: Bend test (cylindrical mandrel)

(4) ISO 1520 – Paints and varnishes: Cupping test
(5) ISO 9227 – Corrosion tests in artificial atmospheres (salt spray)
(6) ISO 6270 – Paints and varnishes: Resistance to humidity
(7) ASTM G154 – Standard practice for operating UV fluorescent apparatus for exposure of nonmetallic materials
