IHF single stage single suction Fluorine plastic alloy chemical centrifugal pump(for short:IHF centrifugal pump)it is in accordance with international standards and non-metallic pump technology combined with design and manufacturing. Pump body metal shell lined with FEP (F46), pump cover, impeller and the sleeve are embedded pieces of metal fluorine plastic .outsourcing from the overall suppression of sintering, the use of outside-mounted seal advanced bellows mechanical seal static ring selected alumina ceramic of 99.9% (or silicon nitride), acting ring filled PTFE materials used, and its decay excellent wear-resistant sealing.
★Application Field:
IHF centrifugal pump widely used: chemical production in the transport of corrosive media, ion-exchange membrane caustic soda project in the waste water treatment chlorine water Canadian acid process (most of the current ion-exchange membrane caustic soda project were selected by pump company products), non-ferrous metals smelting of electrolyte transport, car manufacturers in the pickling process, and pharmaceutical, oil, electricity, electroplating , dyes, pesticides, paper, food, textile and many other industries, in -20 ℃ ~ 150 ℃ temperature under the conditions of any long-term transport of sulfuric acid concentration, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, alkali, strong oxidizer, organic solvent, reducing agent, such as strong corrosive medium and without damage, is most welcome to use the unit one of the pump equipment.

IH-type pump have widely full range of 110 kinds of specifications
Pump speed is divided into 2900 and 1450 r / min in two classifications.
Min Flow : 6 m3/hour (2900r/min) ; 3 m3/hour (1450r/min)
Max Flow: 200 m3/hour(2900r/min) ; 400m3/hour(1450r/min)
Pipeline pressure to allow inhalation of 0.3MPa.
Pump maximum pressure 1.6Mpa

★ Pump Feature:
Pump casing and cover are made of HT200 iron lining with PFA, PTFE, impeller made by WCB wrapped by PTFA, PTFE, which grantee this type centrifugal pump could widely used in corrosive application and wear well.
Reliable mechanical seal
Shaft seal is outside seal, stationary seal is alumina ceramic ( 99.9%), rotating seal is PTFE filling material or according to customer request.
