Luoyang Yuntai General Machinery Co,. Ltd is located in Luoyang, China, which is a famous ancient city with thousands of years’ history and culture. Luoyang Yuntai General Machinery Co., Ltd was founded in 1992, and has gone through ups and downs for 20 years. During the decades of hardships from the initial single forging business, our company has developed to be an integrated modern enterprise with a whole set of process capability including drawing, R&D design, forging, machining, QC and so on; and from the original family management, we have developed into a modern enterprise with advanced management concepts. Our company is one member of China Forging Association, a unit of Henan Forging & Casting Industrial Association Council, also one member of Henan Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Mechanical and Electron Products and the exporting base of China Metallurgical Import & Export Corporation for mechanical and electrical products. At present, the company’s total assets are more than 30 million RMB with an annual production capacity of 50 thousand tons. Due to the need of development, we established another factory in 2010 and so own two factories now. The factories cover a total area of more than 30 thousand square meters, and the plants occupy 15 thousand square meters. The company consists of 500 employees, of which R&D personnel is 50, and superior engineers are 6. We have equipped advanced forging equipment and precision machining equipment to form 30 forging production lines and other machining/processing equipment over 60 sets, such as CNC machine tools, machining centers, grinding machining, wire cutting machine and so on. Luoyang Yuntai General Machinery Co., Ltd’s main products are automobile forging parts, electric fittings, insulator fittings, engineering machinery forging parts, rail vehicles forgings and other forging parts referring to metallurgy, mine, construction, agricultural machinery, petrochemical, ship and so on, of which auto precision forging parts with an annual output of more than 10 million pieces and 12 million pieces for electric power fittings. Most of our products have been exported to North America, Europe, Japan, South Korea and other areas of the world. Our high quality products have gotten recognition, praise and good credits from buyers around the world and our company has been rated as excellent supplier repeatedly.
