LASAR LLC has been working in the metal rolling market since 1997, using the best Russian and foreign equipment.

At the present moment, this modern enterprise with powerful stable production process is a full member of

Nationwide Russian Association of Metalworkers, also a member of Association of Innovative Building Technologies

and a member of The Union of Industrialists and businessmen of Lipetsk region.

In 2006 LASAR LLC mastered the production of cold-formed profiles made of zinced steel (thickness 0,8 - 4 mm)

for a construction of supporting elements of the floors, truss and frame constructions of buildings and constructions

of free span up to 30 m. long.

The cold-formed profiles are manufactured according to Technical conditions , 1121- ,

elaborated by Konstantin Melnikov Central Scientific Research and Design Institute in 2010.

A way of restrained bending is used to manufacture construction profiles on a modern Korean tandem mill.

In the phase of assemblage, powerful automated equipment for punching holes in cold-formed profiles is used.

For manufacture of shaped metal parts, high-precision powerful equipment is used - a plasma cutting machine "Crystal",

which mechanizes the process of metal cutting.
