XI'AN KOSUN MACHINERY CO., LTD.

KOSUN was founded by Mr. Geng Zhonghou in Xi’an China in 1992. Now, KOSUN has 332 employees, including 158 persons above college degree and 55 managerial personnel and professional technicians. Up to now, KOSUN has formed a strategic layout integrating three centers and two industries. The Production, R&D and Domestic Sales Center is located in Xi'an China, the Overseas Project Management Center and International Trade Center in Beijing China and the Oilfield Services and Oilfield Engineering Center in Aktobe Kazakhstan in Central Asia. The two industries are traditional oil drilling solids control equipment manufacturing industry and integrated oil & gas drilling waste management service industry respectively.

KOSUN is the leader in China’s solids control industry and expert in drilling waste management. KOSUN is capable of providing customers with such four series as oil & gas drilling solids control equipment, centrifuges, drilling waste treatment equipment and drilling security equipment, including 25 categories of products, and can also customize packaged design and matching products of oil & gas drilling rigs for drilling contractors. The products provided by KOSUN are extensively used in oil & gas drilling and workover, coalbed methane drilling, shale gas drilling, water well, geothermal well drilling, trenchless horizontal directional crossing projects, mine gravel staged treatment, tailings treatment, rive dredging works, municipal environment-friendly sewage treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, fruit juice purification, waste oil recovery and purification treatment, etc.

Since its establishment in 1992, KOSUN has been the major supplier of solids control products in the field of China’s oil & gas drilling equipment, the earliest and only one centrifuge manufacturer in five provinces of Northwest China, and the producer of the first-generation high-frequency drilling fluids shale shaker in China.

Nowadays, KOSUN possesses three factories all over the world: the first one specializing in producing solids control equipment and centrifuges in Xi’an China, the second one manufacturing all kinds of drilling fluid tanks, water tanks, oil tanks and pressure containers in Xianyang China, and the third one producing various drilling fluid tanks, oil tanks, water tanks and camps in Aktobe Kazakhstan.

Over 21 years, by dint of its perfect product quality system, rapid after-sales response mechanism and good customer relationships, KOSUN has not only spread its products over oilfield drilling companies, engineering service companies and machinery plants affiliated to CNPC, Sinopec and CNOOC in China market, but also provided numerous supporting equipment of drilling rigs in China and overseas for well-known manufacturers of drilling rigs in China, such as Sichuan Honghua, Shandong Kerui, Yantai Jereh, Nanyang RG, Jianghan SJ, Tianjin DFXK, Liaoning Haicheng Petroleum, Shengli Highland, etc.
