Yosemite Meat Company was founded in 1981 by John and Gay Lau in Modesto, in the heart of California’s great Central Valley. The company is still family owned and operated today.

As a specialty meat processor and distributor, Yosemite Meat Company delivers custom products to meet our customers’ specifications and serve all their meat and poultry needs. We cater to a diverse group of customers, and are expert in serving the Asian and Hispanic marketplace.
