Founded in July, 2012, Shenzhen baokezhen Electronics co.,Ltd. has passed the ISO9001 international quality system certification. The products cover rocker switch, Toggle switch ,rotary switch, button switch, button system switch, piano-key switch and electronic switch, Solenoid pump and solenoid valve etc. all have passed CQC certification, UL, CUL, VDE,ENEC,CB Europe and America Safety Certification.
After years of growth, now we has become many world famous brand accessories suppliers and strategic cooperation partner, we move in Dongguan base in 2010, our factory area covers 12000 s.q.meter, annual output over 100,000,000pcs.Division I has a mature and stable product design and R & D team, manufacturing from tooling, stamping, injection molding, pad printing, automated production to a combination of assembly, inspection and testing and quality control capabilities.
Lately The company import new technology and update the facilities step by step, the production facility including: injection molding machine, quick working punch, Semi-finished automation kludge, switch automation kludge, pad printing and hot stamping machine, pneumatic punching and riveting press, ultrasonic welding machine and laser machine. Mould processing equipment Including: ROHS detector, Hexavalent chromium tester, vickers hardness tester, Pressure/insulation resistance tester, contact resistance tester, Image type surveying instrument, projector, coefficient of elasticity tester, push tensile tester, torque tester, we also built the full equipped laboratory of life test, salt fog, ball-pressure test, Resistance to leakage on mark index test, Glow wire testing, Vibration and drop test.The laboratory has passed UL and European DEKRA certification company Review and authorization, it can directly CQC regular testing, UL routine sampling test, KEMA, ENEC and CB authentication test.
Our company has a mature and stable product design research and development team, and realized test and quality control ability that from die stamping injection pad printing automation production to combinatorial assembly manufacturing.
