With 4 production bases in Shenzhen and Jiangxi, NBI has 20 production lines with 60,000 tons/per capacity. Products includes PP, SMMS, PE laminated, melt blown nonwovens and PET nonwovens, all kinds of face masks, isolation/surgical gowns and bed sheets and related medical products. NBI is complied with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO13485, Social Ethical Audit and C-TPAT, WCA. All of our products can meet different countries’ requirements, such as Rohs, REACH, OEKO-TEX, ASTM F2100 L3, EN14683 TYPE IIR and FFP2. Reports and free samples can be provided upon requested. NBI has its own testing laboratory to for quality control. At the same time, 3rd party testing certifications will be obtained regularly.Our customers includes Hong Kong government, Hospital Authority, Correctional Services. During 2020 year, NBI was appointed by Shenzhen government as the only one quality supplier in Shenzhen to provide nonwovens and meltblown to Shenzhen face masks factory, such as Winner, 3nod Electric. NBI’s products have been sold to the United States, European countries, Canada, Australia, and Asia countries.
