Constant spring support provides constant support throughout the support journey.Simplified structure with all parts working together perfectly balances the spring and load forces.

When there is a large vertical movement in the pipeline, a constant load spring support is usually used to avoid transferring residual stress to other process pipeline systems.

Load range: 12 kg - 45700 kg

Travel range: 40mm - 410mm

Load deviation rate is load±5%.Install up and down travel limiters to prevent excessive travel.

Special scope: can be designed and produced according to various requirements of customers.

About load adjustment: Although the bracket is preset to the customer-specified load and journey, it is sometimes necessary to adjust this preset load to accommodate minor changes in actual site conditions.Load can be increased or decreased by properly rotating the adjustment screw.Maximum adjusted to average load±20%.
