Plastic Formwork TP60
TECON plastic formwork for concrete slabTP60 is recognized as the lightest formwork system due to its medium panel design and the application of ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene). It is mainly consisted of ABS plastic panel, erection handle, alignment waler, flex beam and shoring prop. Walls, columns, slabs can be quickly and efficiently formed even by unskilled workers.

Specification of Plastic Formwork TP60
Main material of plastic panel is fresh ABS
Max panel size 1200*600mm with only 9.7 kg/pcs, other sizes are also available such as 400/350/300/250*600mm etc.
High strength and durable panels can reach up to 100 reuse times
Up to 300 mm slab thickness and 3.6 m high wall by one pouring
Adapt to various permissible fresh concrete pressure up to 60 kN/sqm for wall and 80 kN/sqm for column
It can also be used with foam/light weight concrete
Application of Plastic Formwork TP60
Small to medium size projects like row houses, villas and apartment, ground beam, swimming pool ect. Ideal solution for noice free project, anti-corrosion needed project in seashore area, remote area where heavy machinery cannot arrive.
