Shoring Tower TST60
TECON Shoring TowerTST60 is the most cost-effective as well as high efficient supporting system in formwork construction. TST60 is consisted of main frame, diagonal brace, U head jack and base jack ect.. It is specially developed for high shoring and heavy load projects, and it is widely used in bridges, subways, buildings, and other civil engineering projects.

Fast and user friendly in assembly with very few elements
High load-bearing capacity with less materials
Can meet different shoring requirements by only two frame heights and adjustable jacks
Hot-dip galvanized surface treatment for the mainframe offers more than ten years service life
Offers bigger bearing capacity and higher shoring for vairous kind of shuttering including TECON Slab Flex 20 and Slab Table formwork
Specifications of Shoring Tower TST60
Main frame is made from S355 with O.D.60*3 mm tubes
The work load capacity of each leg is 60 kN at 5 m height with 2.5 times safety factor considered
Max support height is up to 30 m
Max assembly speed can be up to 160 cbm/day/person
Primary frame size: 1.2 * 1.1 / 1.2 * 1.6 / 1.5 * 1.1 / 1.5 * 1.6 m
Basic dimension of shoring tower: 1.5 * 1.5 / 1.5 * 1.2 / 1.2 * 1.2 m
Basic dimension of stair tower: 1.5 * 3.0 m
