ZHW expansion bellows have been designed to control vibration, reduce noise, relieve stress, prevent system shock and compensate for misalignment and movement. Use of braided metal connectors for applications such as pumps, compressors, and other mechanical equipment will enhance the overall operation of the system.
ProductDescription:
ZHW expansion bellows are used in lots of applications, where it concerns safety, health, environment, durability and lifetime. Bellows are made from stainless steel strip which is first welded to a thin walled tube and formed to a bellow afterwards.
Bellows are normally unbraided and capable to absorb axial, lateral and angular movements while being under low or higher pressures and temperatures. Due to the construction techniques involved the bellows are relative light compared to equivalent non-metallic bellow alternatives in the market.

2. Hot water and fire protection system
3. Compressors inlet and outlet
4. Pipes with axial displacement by temperature or pressure changes
5. Thermal motors refrigeration circuit
ProductFeatures:
- Reasonable structure, good elasticity, large range of compensation pipeline and little counterforce to the brackets of pipeline.
- Shock absorption and noise decrease, heat and dust insulation, environmental protection and simple structure bracket.
- The displacement can be deflected to prevent damagment caused by subsidence of connected brackets and equipment base. It can adapt itself to the centrifugal difference of pipeline installation to provide convenience to installation and maintenance.
- Good resistance to milling, heat, aging and corrosiveness and long service life.
- Little resistance and little weight. Each performance is better than the compensation device of other materials.
- The temperature range of media is wide:-40--300°c.
