Fabricduct joint take advantage of high flexibility and high air impermeability and medium resistance of rubber as well as compliance and heat resistance of glass-fabric and is prepared at both ends with metal spool and flange in connection with wind machine and air duct ,which can compensate the thermal expansion by the operation of air duct and multi directions displacement. For better compliance of rubber and fabric and good sound absorption and vibration isolation ,the noise and vibration passage can be reduced effectively in the operation of boiler ,wind machine and air current.

ProductDescription:

Fabric expansion joint mainly consists if main body, duct cloth, rustproof metal pipe, pressing flange and air duct flange. According to the difference of compensator’s structures, it can be divided compensator for general air duct, compensator for anti-desulfurization, special compensator forfuel gas and oil, and compensator for water and abrasion resistance.

ProductInstallation:

In order to make air duct compensator achieve available effect in pipe and all mechanical performance play their right role and extend its use life, please make installation according to the requirements as follows:

• Air duct compensator should be installed in pipe in natural conditions and the product distortion by contrived factors should be made in installation, so the products will avoid from early damage and weaker application effect.
• When air duct compensator is installed to connect with flange, screw of bolt should stretch to the outside of flange to prevent the rubber (fabric) ball from being scraped by whorl tip. The bolt on the face of each flange should be screwed down equably by thread and it is required that all the degree of tightness should be as consistent as possible. In bad conditions, spring gasket can be added except flat gasket to avoid nuts from loosing.
