What are steel nipple pipe fittings?

Thesteel pipe fitting are straight pipes with external threads at both ends. It is one of the most popular categories of pipe fittings. It is a connector or coupling with threads on both ends.Steel Nipple Fittings are used to connect pipes to water heaters or other plumbing. They are used to install straight end hose or pipe. Coupling combinations are recommended for low pressure discharge and suction service with a variety of compatible fluids and are not suitable for compressible products such as air, nitrogen or steam.
