sintered zirconia fire brick/corundum/mullite/silica Dense/Bubble irconia Brick
Zirconia brick is made from Zirconia hollow balls and Zirconia fine powder as raw materials, after add some binding agent, the mixture will be Vibration Molded under pressure. The brick mold will burnt in kiln under 1780~1800℃ after drying.
Feacture:
The Zirconia hollow brick has excellent High temperature strength and steadily pore structure. The Zirconia bubble bricks which manufactured by us are excellent insulate refractory, it has high safe working temperature up to 2300℃.,expect high temperature which need over 2700℃.
