Dongguan sibai metal works limitedprovides many kinds of precision machined parts for medical instruments. Most of them are from Aluminium, and some are from PTFE.

Below picture shows some kinds of brackets Sibai made for medical instruments.

The material of these brackets are black PTFE. It is difficult to choose the right black PTFE material to provide these brackets because of the carbon content. This material must meet FDA standard. FDA is the abbreviation of Food and Drug Administration. That is to say, the material must meet food-grade standards. It also needs to resist high temperature over 134℃.

In order to ensure the quality of these PTFE, we order the imported PTFE material. We also apply for the 3rd party testing agency to do the raw material test. In this way, we can ensure the PTFE with good quality. We purchased the PTFE plate with dimension 300mm×300mm×8mm to produce these kinds of brackets. There are many different sizes, from 23mm×23mm×8mm to 155mm×23mm×8mm. The PTFE brackets will easily become deformed after the CNC machining because of the high temperature. Now we can control it well after several times try. These brackets are not easy to dip in solution during processing like emulsion for machine tools. So all these brackets are almost clean after completed CNCmachining China. Maybe there are some small burrs, but we can clean them easily before packing and delivery.

Sibai provides hundred kinds of these brackets for medical customers since year 2014. There are barely complaints from customers for these medical brackets. Of course, Sibai can also complete the orders on time.

Some times, customers does not have PDF and 3D of these brackets. They send their original bracket samples to Sibai directly. Sibai is glad to make PDF drawings and 3Ds according to customers’ original samples.
