Maxtube 60 Pipe Welding Machine
Description
Pipe welding machine can roll certain specification long steel belt into tube barrels, and then weld those tube barrels into tubes. It can be used to manufacture profiled pipes as well as round pipes. We are experienced in welded pipe mill manufacturing, and our Maxtube 60 is specially designed to produce pipes with Φ16-Φ63.5 mm and δ1.0-3.0 mm (δ≤2.5mm).
Application
Pipe welding machine is widely applied in aviation, aerospace, nuclear power, power stations, oil refining, seawater desalination and other high-end pipe making fields.

Process flow for Maxtube 60 welded pipe mill
Raw material (steel coil) → uncoiling → shearing and butt-welding → material accumulating → non-power leveling →mill-forming → high-frequency welding → removing burrs outside of weld seam → cooling → sizing → roughly straightening → fixed length cutting → finished pipe →run-out table
