Φ32-100mm metal pipe welding line
Description
Since our foundation, we gain much experience in manufacturing pipe welding line, our diameter Φ32-100mm is specially designed to produce Φ32-Φ100mm and δ1.5-4.5mm high-frequency straight seam welded, square pipe and special-shaped pipe (δ≤3.0mm). Also, we can produce pipe welded machine as per customers’ needs.

Raw material (steel coil) → uncoiling → shearing and end welding → material accumulating → non-power leveling →mill-forming→ high-frequency welding → removing burrs outside of weld seam → cooling → sizing → roughly straightening → fixed length cutting → finishing pipe
