Hiwin Linear Rail Carriage Guideway block
HIWIN linear bearing is the most linear rail carriage which is used on all cnc wood router machines, includes wood router basic machine, auto tool changing cnc router, multi spindle cnc router, nesting cnc router and cnc foam milling machine. Besides HIWIN, PMI and CSK are another two popular brands also. HIWIN, PMI and CSK all is from Taiwan.
Linear Carriage Type:
There are two types of blocks: flange and square. The flange type block is better for heavy moment load application than square type because of the lower assembly height and wider mounting surface. That’s why flange type linear bearing is usually used on Y-axis of multi-spindle cnc router machines like 8 spindles and 12 spindles cnc router.
