This tool setter is a universal auto tool setter for Z axis zero pre-setting, It is widely used with general manual tool change.
The cnc tool sensor is compatible for all machines and all programs with this function.
- Easy installation and operation
- For tools from 0.2mm to 20mm
- Precision about 0.02 mm
- Insulative bottom, suitable for wood, acrylic, aluminum, iron, steel milling CNC machines
How to use the Z axis zero pre-setter:
Connect the cnc tool setter both black and red wires to the control card CUTTER position, connect the router spindle to the control card GND position. When the cutter bit touch the tool touch sensor, the Z axis zero pre-setting finished.
