1. I would like to order, how much would that be?
Different head has different price, please point our the one you want. According to the order quantity is different, the price will be much different, sometimes as high as 10% off.
2. I would like to print my own logo on the ear and OEM package, how does that work?
We can accept your logo on our ears, but the MOQ should be 1000/color. Please send us your logo design, we will quote and then make a sample for your test.
3. We want to custom package for ears, can you help us to make design?
Of course we can help you. We have a professional design team. Our designer can make package for you as your requirements
4. Can you send samples to us for testing quality?
Of course we can send free samples to you, you just pay the express fee.
5. What would be payment terms be?
We can accept the payment by T/T, L/C, PayPal, etc.
6. What would be delivery time be?
The delivery time for our original ears is about 5-10 days, detail time is depending on your order. The delivery time for custom ears is regularly at least 20 days after samples confirmed.
7. In an unlikely event that there is a faulty ear from my order, what should I do?
You could correct your design before samples confirmed, but please do not change anything during production, or will charge extra cost for your special demands.
