Epoxy Glass Fabric Laminated Sheets
These grades are composed ofelectrical alkali-free glass woven fabric base impregnated with an epoxy resin binder under pressure and heat. They have extremely high mechanical & electrical strength. Good dielectric properties under dry and humid conditions. Excellent rigidity and dimensional stability.
G10/FR4 Temperature Index: 140 Degree Celsius
G11 Temperature Index: 155 / 180 Degree Celsius
