HE EQUIPMENT USAGE:
The machine are mainly used for copper wire,aluminum wire,steel wire rope,steel-cored aluminium wire stranding and insulated wires electrical control system.It can be equipped with a tapping device according to the reques of end user.

It is installed with stationary pay off stand,stranding body,die holder,double-haul off device,take up stand,transmission system and electrical control system.It can be equipped with a tapping device according to the request of end user.
THE UNIQUE FEATURE:
1.The cylinder body of the machine works as a whole in two stages,making a radial beating slightly ,being supported by the front and rear bearings so that it moves steady,makes a low noise and serves a life long service.
2.The bobbin of the machine is clamped by disc-shaped springs and eleased by a pneumatic device so that its operation is easy and Its safety is reliable.
3.As the machine is equipped with the protective links such as an utomatic stopping device for a wire breakage and an emergency stop device,it's safe and reliable,
4.The machine has adopted an imported programmable controller so as to command and oordinate each electronic active status of the whole machine in unison.
