Scope

This product is suitable for frequency 0.6/1KV and below rated voltage distribution networks or industrial installations in fixed installations.

Operating Characteristics

Rated voltage: 0.6/1(1.2)kv(Low Voltage Power Cable)

Max. permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor: 90 °C

Max. temperature of conductor during short-circuit (5s max. duration) shall not exceed: 250 °C

The ambient temperature under installation should not be lower than: 0 °C

Description

The bending radius of cable is recommended as following

For single core cable: not less than 15 times of the diameter of cable

For multi-core cable: not less than 12 times of the diameter of cable

When the armoured single core cable used for Alternative Current(AC) system, the armoured material should be non-magnetic.

Manufacturing Standards

The product according to GB/T12706 " rated voltage 35KV and below copper, aluminum plastic insulated power cables " standards, while also based on user needs by the International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC, British Standards , the German standards and U.S. standards.

Application

Indoors, in tunnel or cable trench, unable to bear external mechanical forces. Single-core cables laid in magnetic ducts are not allowed .
