Series ZYD-W fully enclosed type insulating plant is mainly used for dealing with unqualified transformer oil, switch oil, mutual inductor oil in various large power equipments which are above 110 kV at outdoors for weather proof, sand proof, wind proof, etc.

Series ZYD-W is developed on the basis of Double-stage vacuum transformer Series ZYD. It has the same function of quickly remove water, trace water, gas, particles as well as acetylene, hydrogen, methane and other harmful ingredients from oil effectively to improve oil’s dielectric strength, effectively making sure electricalequipmentworking safely and normally.

Series ZYD-W can also be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying, vacuum pumping and vacuum oiling like ZYD Series.

All the components such as pumps, motors, filters, tanks, valves, pipelines, controls, etc… are totally enclosed and protected by steel frame cover and heavy duty doors enclosure and designed for lifting crane (equipped with lifting hooks). The equipment inside will be facilitated by a system of door locks installed at a perimeter of the enclosure.

1. Fully enclosed by doors and cover, weather proof, sand proof, wind proof, very suitable to use at outside fields.
2. Doors and cover can be made of different materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum alloy, and also can be made in different styles such as push-pull type, and Air supported semi-auto type, etc.
3. Duplex 3D stereo-evaporation, efficient oil film sprayer, eliminating the liquid water quickly, increasing separating size and separating time to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength improving greatly.
4. Multi-stage precision filtration system, high quality of stainless steel filters’ filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies.

8. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.
9. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak.
10. Specially applied to proceed vacuum oiling and drying (Hot Oil Circulation / on-site Drying) for electrical power equipments which are over 110KV.
