Product profile

The basket filter is used in oil or other liquid pipes to filter the sundries in the pipes. The filter hole area is 2-3 times larger than the diameter pipe area. Far more than the y-type filter area. Filter structure and other filters are different, because the shape is like a basket, so named basket filter. Basket filter mainly consists of nozzle, barrel, filter basket, flange, flange cover and fastener. Installing on the pipe can remove the large solid impurity in the fluid, make the machine equipment (including compressor, pump and so on), the instrument can work and run normally, achieve the stable process and ensure the function of safe production. The blue filter is a small device that removes a small amount of solid particles from the liquid and protects compressors, pumps, meters and other normal operations. When the fluid enters a filter barrel with a certain size of filter screen, its impurities are blocked. The clean filtrate is discharged by the filter outlet. When cleaning is needed, the detachable filter can be removed and reloaded after treatment. Therefore, it is very convenient to use and maintain. Has been widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, environmental protection and other industries. If it is installed in series in the inlet of the pump or other parts of the system pipeline, it can not only prolong the service life of the pump and other equipment, but also ensure the safety of the whole system.
