Vacuum Lubricant Oil Purifier

TYA Series Lubricant Oil Purifierare mainly designed to handle the water infiltration, emulsification and particle pollution of various industrial oil such as gear oil,compressor oil , cooler oil,mechanical oil, hydraulic oil, caused in the process of their production, transportation and usage.

It is solely designed for lubricating oilis made according to nature of high impurity of gear lubricating oil including hydraulic oiland mechanical oil, which has features of short time for treatment and high efficiency, enabling fast removal of oil's water, gas, impurity and volatiles such as alcohol, gasoline and ammonia gas. Hence the quality of oil is improved, viscosity of lubricating oil, flash point and other performances are recovered which ensures a correct running of hydraulic system, power system and lubricating system.

Feature:

1) Perfect capacity of removing impurities. The special filters made of special materials which can effectively and rapidly eliminate various impurities, water and gas.

2) Automatic reverses flushing ability, which automatically cleans the mass impurities withheld by the purifier.

3) Advanced medium heating absorption and condensation system

4) Pressure protection, auto heating temperature control, and device of auto separation of condensate water, easy to handle, safe and reliable.

5) Top quality purification material, large capacity of handling impurity, corrosion-proof, high temperature resistant, good mechanical strength, high precision of impurity removal and long lifetime.

6) Unique water/gas removal system, which adopts stereo-evaporation technology, multi-oil water separation technology, enabling fast removal of water, gas and impurity in oil.

7) Imported parts are used for all electric system, which ensures operation of the equipment with high performance

8) Lowly noisy oil pump is specially made
