XAYZG50/800-U Polypropylene membrane filter press
The polypropylene membrane filter plate is made of high-quality TPE elastomer + alkali-free glass fiber polypropylene material (Yanshan Petrochemical). The feeding form is specially designed according to the properties of different materials. There are intermediate feeding, upper feeding, angular feeding, etc. Diaphragm squeezing pressure can reach 1.6MPa (the squeezing pressure can be specially designed according to customer requirements, and the maximum can reach 2.5MPa); adopts a special flow channel design, and the filtration speed is increased by about 20%; compared with ordinary filter presses, the mud cake contains water The rate is reduced by about 20%.
