Anti-static aluminum foil bag is also known as anti-static moisture-proof shielding aluminum foil vacuum bag, aluminum foil bag, vacuum bag, moisture-proof bagand so on.
Product appearance: silver white, matt and bright.
Features: Anti-static, anti-electromagnetic interference, moisture-proof three functions, Faraday cage structure, shielding barrier up to 60db, strong electrostatic protection, inner layer of pure metal aluminum, resistivity less than 0.1Ω, four layers Strong structural composite ability, firm sealing, good waterproof, oxygen barrier, light protection and puncture resistance.
Material structureof : antistatic layer (PET) / aluminum foil layer (shield moisture barrier) / PET / antistatic layer (PP or PE)
Product performance: electrical and physical properties meet international standards such as ASTTMD257, EIA541, MIL-B-81705
Conventional thickness: 100μm, 120μm, 140μm
Surface resistance: 10-11 Ω of 10
Bag style: flat pocket, self-sealing (tight bag / zipper bag), envelope type, envelope self-adhesive, one-piece, three-dimensional, etc., the bag body pattern can be printed according to customer requirements.
Product useof : Suitable for electronic product packaging with moisture-proof requirements: various PC boards, IC integrated circuits, optical drives, hard disks, vacuum packaging of chemical raw materials and biological intermediates, etc.
