Pd Coated Copper Wire
TX Pd coated Copper wire & Pd-Au coated Copper wire has an excellent workability and reliability performance.
Being a noble metal, the Pd-coating prevents oxidation of the wire surface. This improves 2nd bond performance, increase shelf life and protects the wire against corrosion.
Pd coated Copper wire & Pd-Au coated Copper wire works under protection of N2 gas only, which is definitely an economical alternative to gold wire while keeping outstanding quality.
