precise valve 0.1-2L PET bottled carbonated drink filling machine
Description
1.The direct connection technology between air conveyor and in-feeding star wheel is applied to make it easy for bottle changing process, which only to change few parts. And newly-designed bottle-separating grippers are assembled to star wheel.
2. It apply neck-hanging technology in bottle transportation. Instead of traditional star wheel, we use neck-hanging gripper to make bottle-size-changing more easily. Without machine height adjustment ,only need to be adjust few parts.
3. The rinser grippers is specially-designed which are made of stainless steel are firm and endurable, with no contact to screw part of the bottle to prevent second pollution.
4. The specially designed stainless steel bottle washing clip is solid and durable, and has no touch with the screw location of bottle mouth to avoid secondary pollution.
5. It adopt advanced PLC for carbonated drink filling machine, the key electrical components are from famous company such as Japan's Mitsubishi, France Schneider and so on.
