Automatic 5L bottle mineral water filling machine/pet bottle filling machine
The whole equipment is cover by glass and stainless steel case.
Bottles arranged by bottle unscrambler enter into filling equipment trough air conveyor. In the equipment ,empty bottles are washed by flushing water into bottles. Then bottles are sent into filling part by wheel. Filled bottles enter into capping part, grippers catch bottles and screw (or press) caps onto the bottleneck. After this operation ,bottles enter into next working process by conveyor.We can control the speed of the whole operation by touching the screen. It is easy to operate.
1. The equipment is used in production of bottled non-carbonated drink of fruit juice, fruit wine, mineral water and pure water. Rinsing, filling and capping are integrated in one machine.
2. The liquid filling technology of gravity which learned from latest technology from Japan and Germany is used in the design. The filling is fast. The fluid control is stability. There is non-drip phenomenon.
3. Spring cramps are used in the bottle rinsing process. The empty bottles can be turned over 180°along the conveying rail.
Rinsing the bottles inside and outside. The efficiency of bottle rinsing is high.
4. The magnetic torque is used for screw capping. The power of screw capping can also be adjusted without steps. The power of the screw capping can also be fixed, and the caps will not be damaged. The capping is reliable.
