2.2~15um*40mm*2.5mm metallized film for capacitor
Film rolls are packed and heat-sealed in vacuum plastic bags with desiccantsinside.
ØThe Bags are marked with type labels, mark thicknesswidth, free margin width andresistance.
ØThe bags are packed in carton cases.
The cartonsarewrappedbywooden cases or reinforced carton.
ØMetallized film should be stored in its original package with temperature5-35℃and humidity less than 85%RHbefore using.
ØMetallized layer is easily oxidized when exposure to moisture. Therefore, the film should be used as soon as possible when opened.
ØTherecommendedtemperature is15 -25℃withhumidity less than 60%RHafter opening
ØWith original sealed package, and stored as mentioned above, the storage time can be as following:
Al metallizedfilm: 12 months from thedelivery date.Al/Zn Alloy metallizedfilm: As zinc is quite unstable ,the storage period (from delivery date) depends on the resistance of the film:
≤10Ω/□:6 months
10～30Ω/□:3 months
＞30Ω/□: 1month
