This series HF Welder is made specifically for big quantity blister packing ,Website: machine can used as automatic PVC blister machine and PET welding and cutting . The stations usage as : Station 1 : put the work-piece by worker Station 2: machine put the cardboard automatically Station 3 : cutting head cut the edge of the blister to blister packaging Station 4 : high frequency welding head to weld the blister to cardboard or blister to blister . Station 5 : take the finished products out and put it into the box by robot armThe turntable is equipped with special high precision rotary indexing gear controlled by frequency inverter. When used to packaging , the machine can put the cardboard automatically ,after welding . The vacuum chuck can take out the finished product automatically . The newest third edition machine one cycle working time about 5.8-6.5s ( include welding and take out time ), welding ,put the cardboard and the finished products take out stations can work at the same time. Thanks to these functions, the machine have fast packaging speed . This machine can also weld 2 layers blister to cardboard .such as Button battery packaging, the fastness better than traditional sealing machine . Machine also equipped with quick change electrode holder.
