Forged and heat treated top and bottom alloy hooks with safety factor 1:4, which will be transformed slowly if overload. 3. High strength load sheave in ductile cast iron protects load chains with abrasion resistance 4. Heat treated three grade gears in high quality steel5. Integral sealed bearing increases mechanical efficiency6. Double pawl mechanism enhances brake safety. 7. Rolled-edge hand wheel cover provides smooth operation of the hand chain when pulled sideways.8. Beautiful and compact top and bottom covers protect gears and brake system. 9. Alloy steel load chain. G80 and G100 are optional. 10. Overload protection is optional.
