Spray Cooler

PrincipleMelted solid is fed into spray tower by high pressure pump, the mist form melted solid will contact with fresh air (or cooling air) to become ball shape solid. Product from spray cooler has very good uniformity, fluidity and purity.All of the feeding system should keep good insulated in case solidification during feeding.
