23 Tons Heavy Construction Forklift Loader Equipment Shovel VehicleThe LT23T wheel telehandler has compact structure and small turning radius. It is equipped with the high pressure tubeless engineering tyre, high strength heavy duty drive axle and the self-developed transmission gearbox as well as the vertical middle hinged shaft lifting hydraulic cylinder. Along with the rising of the boom arm, the fork would come out with certain elevation angle for elevating the operating security and reliability of the product under the harsh and heavy load working conditions. Meanwhile, the wheel telehandler takes usage of the coaxial flow amplifying steering gear and the dual pump confluence and shunt steering priority hydraulic system composed of priority valve and unloading valve. Through optimizing the hydraulic pipeline, the pressure loss of the pipeline can be reduced to get good energy saving effect. The product has novel structure and obtains two utility mode patents.Performance Features1. Designed with four-wheel drive mode, the telescopic loader has flexible steering driving ability. 2. For the high distance of the chassis from the ground, it can work under a variety of complex conditions.3. The large departure angle of the balance weight enables strong grade ability.4. The product has large power. The optimized working device of single rocker arm Z-form reversal mechanism can guarantee large breakout force and lifting force. The maximum lifting weight of the product can reach 23t.5. Through finite element analysis and strong design for the key parts, the product has large bearing capacity.6. The tyre of the wheel telehandler is 26.5-25 in specification with 36PR for front tyre and 28PR for rear tyre. Featuring strong bearing capacity, it is adaptive to poor working conditions.7.
