RTHC- 20×2500 Decoiling Cutting Line

Cut to Length Line (decoiling, leveling & shearing) is used for shearing the HR steel coils into plate with desired length.FeaturesRTHC series Decoiling Leveling and Cut to Length Line (i.e. leveling line, blanking line or shearing line) is used for processing the HR/ carbon steel coils less than 25mm thickness through decoiling, leveling, cutting & stacking then turned into flattened plate with desired length.1. It takes the centralized control with CNC control system. 2. The cutting length, speed, pieces are all designed & controlled by the program. 3. When it works automatically, the computer controls the whole process of leveling & shearing to compensate the error. 4. When the need shearing number is reached the line can stop automatically. 5.
